I am a mom who is always just a tad bit off. I love to write and read. However, if given the choice between Jane Eyre and playing a video game for a couple of hours, I'm faithless enough to my literature to choose the games. Sorry about that Bronte. I'm sure you'll understand someday. 

I love interesting tidbits of history. I could ashamedly care less about the rise and fall of Rome, but I love reading up about pirates, assassins, spies, homicidal maniacs, cannibalism, and strange cultural death rituals. Have I mentioned I'm a well-grounded, stay-at-home mom? With floral arrangements on my kitchen table instead of skulls on my nightstand?
